What's my recipe book?


We know what it's like when you're browsing a site with as many recipes as ours. You find a brilliant recipe, want to make it again, but can't remember how you found it!

But we've solved the problem. Now, by clicking 'Save this recipe' or 'I cooked this' on any of our recipes, they'll be saved and grouped into your personal online recipe book.   • 575g strawberries
  • 2tbsp caster sugar
  • 200ml double cream
  • 500ml vanilla ice cream

Delicious just as it is, or serve with a couple of shortbread biscuits to dip in, if you like.


  1. Whizz 225g strawberries with 2tbsp caster sugar, push through a fine sieve and discard seeds. Whip 200ml double cream to soft peaks; fold in 1/3 of the strawberry puree until marbled.
  2. Mix remaining puree with 350g strawberries, chopped. Layer up scoops of vanilla ice cream from a 500ml tub, the strawberries and strawberry cream, then top with halved strawberries.
