Lime and coriander glazed sausages
- 1/2 lime
- Fresh coriander, finely chopped,
- 1/2tbsp lime pickle
- 1/2tbsp honey
- 400g pack pork and chilli sausages.
- In a bowl, mix the lime juice and zest, a handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped, the lime pickle and honey, and coat the pork and chilli sausages.
- Cook on the barbecue, turning frequently until cooked through (about 10-15 mins).
