Essentials recipe It's not a barbecue without the bangers and everyone will love these sweet and tangy glazed sausages


  • 1/2 lime
  • Fresh coriander, finely chopped,
  • 1/2tbsp lime pickle
  • 1/2tbsp honey
  • 400g pack pork and chilli sausages.


  1. In a bowl, mix the lime juice and zest, a handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped, the lime pickle and honey, and coat the pork and chilli sausages.
  2. Cook on the barbecue, turning frequently until cooked through (about 10-15 mins).
