Woman's Weekly recipe Try this delicious citrus thirst-quencher from our friends at Woman's Weekly - perfect for hot summer days

Ingredients

  • 4 limes; juice of 2, and 2 thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp caster sugar
  • 350ml (12fl oz) lemonade
  • Soda water or sparkling wine
  • Mint sprigs, to decorate

Fancy something for adults only? Add a dash or two of white rum and stir well.

Method

  1. Put the lime juice, slices of lime and sugar in a large jug and add the lemonade. Chill for an hour.
  2. Top up with soda or sparkling water. Serve over ice, with lots of mint sprigs
