We know what it's like when you're browsing a site with as many recipes as ours. You find a brilliant recipe, want to make it again, but can't remember how you found it!

But we've solved the problem. Now, by clicking 'Save this recipe' or 'I cooked this' on any of our recipes, they'll be saved and grouped into your personal online recipe book. Woman's Weekly recipe Want to give your morning coffee a fresh twist? Try adding cardamom and maple syrup with this easy coffee recipe for a quick and tasty update


  • 8 cardamom pods, roughly crushed
  • 2 tablespoons ground coffee
  • 200ml (7 floz) boiling water
  • 300ml (1/2pint) milk
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup

Pour the coffee through a tea-strainer into the mugs to remove the cardamon seeds after infusing.


  1. Put the cardamom pods into a cafetiére with the coffee. Pour over the boiling water and leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
  2. Microwave the milk on High for 2 minutes. Pour the coffee into 2 heatproof mugs and add the maple syrup.
  3. Whisk the hot milk and pour it on top of the coffee.
