Woman's Weekly recipe This refreshing yogurt drink with fresh papaya makes a healthy start to the day. Bursting with fruity flavour this drink is delicious. You could even serve it with papaya on top for fruity finish


  • 1 papaya, deseeded, skinned and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 x 500ml carton natural yoghurt
  • Pinch ground cardamon
  • 1-2 sp caster sugar
  • Crushed ice, to serve

This recipe also works well with mango instead of papaya!


  1. Purée the papaya using a stick blender or in a food processor. Add the yogurt and cardamon.
  2. Whizz the mixture until blended. Add sugar to taste. Keep chilled until you're ready to serve and pour over crushed ice.
