Woman's Weekly recipe These tasty pork souvlakis have extra flavour from being marinated and they only take a few minutes to grill. A quick snack that is perfect for party food or just a tasty treat for the afternoon

Ingredients

  • 400g pork tenderloin cut into 24 chunks
  • 2 tbsp dried mint
  • 2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • Salt and pepper season
  • Tzatziki, to serve
  • Pitta breads, to serve
  • Salad, to serve

If you prefer some other spices or like your food a bit hotter than experiment with your marinade until it's to your taste

Method

  1. Make a marinade with the dried mint, oregano, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic. Then, mix the pork in well.
  2. Leave for 30 mins to 4 hrs to marinate.
  3. Thread meat on to 8 skewers.
  4. Grill until cooked through.
  5. Serve with tzatziki in pitta breads with salad.
