Banana, brioche and chocolate sauce sticks
- 6 thick slices of banana (from 1 banana)
- 2 chunks of dark chocolate
Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 mins before using to slow down the charring
- Thread the banana slices and cubes of brioche on to 6 skewers.
- Griddle to toast the bread.
- For the Choc Sauce: Put 2 chunks of dark chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds until melted.
- Drizzle the sauce over the skewers.
