  • 6 thick slices of banana (from 1 banana)
  • 2 chunks of dark chocolate
  • Brioche

Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 mins before using to slow down the charring


  1. Thread the banana slices and cubes of brioche on to 6 skewers.
  2. Griddle to toast the bread.
  3. For the Choc Sauce: Put 2 chunks of dark chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds until melted.
  4. Drizzle the sauce over the skewers.
