We know what it's like when you're browsing a site with as many recipes as ours. You find a brilliant recipe, want to make it again, but can't remember how you found it!

Woman's Weekly recipe Make these quick and easy kebabs with crisp pancetta that is wrapped around the courgette for a tasty summer treat


  • 6 slices pancetta, stretched and halved
  • 6 baby courgettes, trimmed and halved lengthways
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Using double skewers helps to stop the courgettes from rotating on the skewers during cooking and makes them easier to eat too!


  1. Wrap the pancetta around the courgettes and then thread them onto 4 double skewers.
  2. Grill the kebabs until the pancetta is cooked and the courgettes looked browned.
  3. Sprinkle over the sesame seeds, a grinding of black pepper and serve immediately.
