Ingredients
- 170g frozen blueberries
- 175ml purple grape juice
- A handful of sunflower seeds
- 1 banana
- 120ml raspberry yoghurt (organic, if possible)

- Blend all the ingredients together thoroughly and pour into a tall glass.
Top Tip for making Blueberry and raspberry smoothie
For an extra berry kick, add a handful of fresh or frozen raspberries, to boost the raspberry yoghurt. For a sweeter alternative, you can also add a teaspoon of honey.
