What's my recipe book?


We know what it's like when you're browsing a site with as many recipes as ours. You find a brilliant recipe, want to make it again, but can't remember how you found it!

But we've solved the problem. Now, by clicking 'Save this recipe' or 'I cooked this' on any of our recipes, they'll be saved and grouped into your personal online recipe book. All the delicious flavours of Dr Pepper in a pancake - yes, really! By replacing the milk in the traditional pancake batter with the drink you can add even more flavour to the batter. You can detect the taste when the pancakes are plain but they really emerge when you team them with sugar or ice cream. Experiment with your pancakes and try other fizzy drinks or juices. Pancakes are so cheap to make, it doesn't matter if a few don't work.

  1. When making up the pancake mixture replace the milk with equal amounts of Dr Pepper. Continue to make the pancakes like usual.
  2. Allow pancakes to cool slightly then top with ice cream and/or sugar.
