Long lazy Sunday morning deserve pancakes. Well blueberries pancakes to be precise: sweet, savoury and super easy to make with those little fingers. Once the batter is made, it can easily be kept covered in the fridge for a day or two, so itís a great stand by snack to have on hand. Try mixing up the fruit combinations, too, berries work particularly well and if you cut them up small enough, fussy eaters will barely notice. For more adventurous chefs, let them have a go at flipping the pancaked over!
