We know what it's like when you're browsing a site with as many recipes as ours. You find a brilliant recipe, want to make it again, but can't remember how you found it!

But we've solved the problem. Now, by clicking 'Save this recipe' or 'I cooked this' on any of our recipes, they'll be saved and grouped into your personal online recipe book. With hardly any work you can turn plain prawns into a delicious party food offering. With Asian flavours and a kick from garlic and chillies these are sure to fly off the plate!


  • 30 raw king prawns
  • 3 Lemongrass stalks
  • 3 red chillies
  • 3 garlic cloves  
  • Juice of 3 fresh limes
  • 2 tsp of caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Handful of coriander

The longer you leave the prawns in the marinade the tastier they will be!


  1. Leave the prawns to one side in a large bowl.
  2. Blitz all the other ingredients together in a food processor.
  3. Add the mixture to the prawns and marinate for a couple of hours.
  4. Place 3 prawns on each skewer and grill for one minute on each side.
