What's my recipe book?

We know what it's like when you're browsing a site with as many recipes as ours. You find a brilliant recipe, want to make it again, but can't remember how you found it!

But we've solved the problem. Now, by clicking 'Save this recipe' or 'I cooked this' on any of our recipes, they'll be saved and grouped into your personal online recipe book. All you have to do is log in with your Facebook account to see them. When you click either of these buttons it will also tell your friends on Facebook what you've been cooking or saving so they too can give our quick and easy recipes a go (but you can turn this off at any time by visiting your 'My recipe book' page). Tired of Pimm's and lemonade? Make a refreshing Pimm's mojito with lots of lime, mint, cucumber and soda water instead. It's less sugary than a classic Pimm's Cup cocktail...

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Small handful fresh mint leaves around 10, plus extra to garnish
  • 2 tsp white caster sugar
  • 45ml Pimm's
  • Soda water
  • Ice
  • Thin slices of cucumber, cut into crescents

Thin slices of orange and lemon would also make a delicious addition to this Pimm's mojito.

  1. Add the lime juice, mint and sugar to a chilled hi-ball glass and muddle with a cocktail muddler to mash up the mint leaves with the sugar and juice.
  2. Fill the glass 2/3 full with ice cubes. Pour in the Pimm's. Top up with soda water and stir well to combine. Add the cucumber slices. Garnish with extra mint leaves and serve immediately.
