Cheesy chorizo quesadilla recipe
Skill level: Easy peasy
Costs: Cheap as chips
This is our favourite ever quesadilla recipe, and once you try it once it'll be yours too. Packed full of melting cheese and spicy chorizo our quesadilla recipe is so tasty and ready in just 20 mins, using mainly store-cupboard ingredients. The whole family will love them, oozing cheese, spicy chorizo and spring onion. They're simple but delicious, and are so quick to make midweek. We doubt there'll be leftovers, but if there are then these reheat beautifully too. Simply warm under a grill or in a hot frying pan for a couple of minutes until hot through and serve with more toppings - sour cream, guacamole and salsa are all favourites of ours.
