Nothing says party like this citrus and apple spritz! Get into the party spirit with this zesty cocktail. It's topped up with Cava so it's got a bit of fizz to it, which makes it super smart - but it really couldn't be easier to make! If you've got friends round for a get-together, this is the drink for the occasion. You can easily make a big batch in a jug, then pour it out or let guests help themselves.

Ingredients
- 3 limes
- 1 lemon
- 1 orange
- 200ml cloudy apple juice
- 200ml gin
- crushed ice
- Cava, to top up
- 1 apple, sliced, to serve

Method
- Mix the juice of 3 limes, 1 lemon and 1 orange with 200ml cloudy apple juice and 200ml gin in a jug. Half fill 6 glasses with crushed ice, pour over the juice and top up with Cava and a slice of apple.
