We know what it's like when you're browsing a site with as many recipes as ours. You find a brilliant recipe, want to make it again, but can't remember how you found it!

But we've solved the problem. Now, by clicking 'Save this recipe' or 'I cooked this' on any of our recipes, they'll be saved and grouped into your personal online recipe book. If you love strong cocktails, the negroni spumante is the one for you. This one's to be sipped slowly as it's really strong, but delicious! It takes the trendy negroni cocktail recipe and adds a bit of fizz, making a cocktail with gin, Campari, Martini Rosso and prosecco, served with a slice of pink grapefuit. This is a really smart cocktail that worth getting the right ingredients for. Ask guests to bring a bottle each, co-ordinated beforehand, so you can make the negroni spumante cocktail all round.


  • 25ml dry gin
  • 25ml Campari
  • 25ml Martini Rosso
  • 75ml prosecco
  • pink grapefruit, to garnish


  1. Fill a wine glass with cubed ice, then pour over 25ml each of dry gin, Campari and Martini Rosso, and stir well. Next, pour over 75ml prosecco and garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.
