Herb Garden Spritzer
  • Makes: 8

  • Prep time:

    plus infusing
  • Skill level: Easy peasy

Herb garden seltzer makes a refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail, which means it's perfect for friends who don't drink, pregnant friends and designated drivers. Fresh herbs take sparkling water to the next level with sugar and salt too. Cucumber ribbons make the drink really pretty and make it extra refreshing. It's really fresh and so easy to make a big jug of, so everyone can help themselves and top up whenever they need to.

  • handful each mint, basil, rosemary
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 1tsp salt
  • 200ml sparkling water
  • 1 cucumber

  1. Put a handful each of mint, basil and rosemary into a jug with 1tsp salt and 1tsp sugar. Pour over 200ml sparkling water and add half a cucumber sliced into ribbons. Leave to infuse for at least 2 hours.

  2. Top with sparkling water to serve.
