If you never seem to have any time in the morning to have breakfast before you rush out, then this quick breakfast drink will keep you going and give you plenty of energy until lunchtime. Banana and Rosehip syrup are delicious together and the rosehip syrup is a very good source of vitamin C. Make the drink with skimmed or semi- skimmed milk for a deliciously healthy start to the day.
Ingredients
- 1 banana, sliced
- 150g carton low fat natural yoghurt
- 300ml skimmed or semi-skimmed milk
- 2 tbsp rosehip syrup

Method
- Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
