Dear GoodtoKnow Thank you so much for your recipe. It is great and nutrient. I have a inquire about the steps to eat food I heard from a nutritionist it should be 1st veggie, 2nd protein, 3rd carbohydrates for your body system to work good and no fats and no cholesterol retain in our body, how true it is. For example: 1 set of causal steak dinner. it has veggies, potatoes/rice, steak. Should I taken 1st veggie, 2nd steak, 3rd potatoes or rice. Then it is a healthy way to maintain my BMI. If you have those further information for me, I would be much appreciated. I really want to know, is it true the right steps to eat will be benefited to me more. Best regards Helen Ng Toronto
