Ingredients

  • 750g new potatoes
  • 150g natural yogurt
  • 75g mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon
  • 100g radishes (sliced)
  • 4 spring onions (thinly sliced)
  • 2tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Method

  • Cook 750g new potatoes, halved lengthways for 8-10 mins until tender and drain well. Run under cold water until cold. Mix together 150g natural yogurt, 75g mayonnaise, and squeeze lemon juice and mix with the potatoes.

  • Season and scatter over 100g radishes, sliced, and 4 spring onions, thinly sliced, and sprinkle over 2tbsp toasted sesame seeds.
