Ingredients
- 750g new potatoes
- 150g natural yogurt
- 75g mayonnaise
- 1 lemon
- 100g radishes (sliced)
- 4 spring onions (thinly sliced)
- 2tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Method
- Cook 750g new potatoes, halved lengthways for 8-10 mins until tender and drain well. Run under cold water until cold. Mix together 150g natural yogurt, 75g mayonnaise, and squeeze lemon juice and mix with the potatoes.
- Season and scatter over 100g radishes, sliced, and 4 spring onions, thinly sliced, and sprinkle over 2tbsp toasted sesame seeds.
Top Tip for making Creamy sesame potatoes
If you have cream cheese in the fridge, add a spoonful to the potatoes for extra smooth flavour.
