Strawberry yoghurt ice pops are the perfect fruity summer treat and are so easy to make. The strawberries give a beautiful, fresh flavour, which is complemented by a richness from the vanilla and creaminess from the yoghurt. There are few things better on a sunny day than a fruity and refreshing ice lolly. Making your own is easy with our foolproof recipe. These home made strawberry yoghurt ice pops only have four ingredients, so are much healthier and more natural that a shop bought ice lolly. We've used real strawberries which are rich in vitamin C and packed with antioxidants, as well as low fat yoghurt which provides protein and calcium. With just a little added sugar, these are lower in sugar than most frozen yoghurt and ice cream treats, so you can indulge without any need to feel guilty. This recipe is a great way to use seasonal British strawberries. Keep cool in the sun with these sweet and refreshing strawberry yoghurt ice pops.
