In 20 minutes or less you can have this pretty pastel chocolate bark whipped up and in the fridge to set. Kids will love helping to make it because it’s so quick and easy, with fast and impressive results. Go as crazy as you like with the food colouring to make fun and creative patterns.
Ingredients
For this Easter recipe
you will need:
- 300g white chocolate
- 200g crushed Mini Eggs
- Various food colourings

Method
- Melt the white chocolate and pour onto a greaseproof-lined baking tray.
- Drop small amounts of food colouring onto the surface and drag in swirls, using a skewer, to create colourful patterns.
- Top with the crushed Mini Eggs and leave to set. Once firm cut into squares.
