- you will need:
- 300g white chocolate
- 200g crushed Mini Eggs
- Various food colourings
Melt the white chocolate and pour onto a greaseproof-lined baking tray.
Drop small amounts of food colouring onto the surface and drag in swirls, using a skewer, to create colourful patterns.
Top with the crushed Mini Eggs and leave to set. Once firm cut into squares.
Tie the bark with ribbon as a pretty Easter gift.
