Whilst my young child seems to love any fish, it's interesting to read about omega-3 as I've just recently found out that fish / seafood which comes from Alaska (and easily available over here) is packed with even more omega 3! It's highly nutritious and provides an excellent source of high quality protein that’s low in saturated fat and rich in vitamins, minerals and Omega-3 oils - which also mean shorter cooking times - perfect for a healthy diet!
