I would love to make the Lemon Drizzle Cake! It has lemons in, so a bit of Vitamin C! So not all bad! And its so moist that its great for the kids to mash up with their hands, make into balls, put lolly sticks in, dip in white chocolate and....ta dah... lemon drizzle and white choc cake pops!!!! Fun and (reasonably!!!) healthy!!!!
