If I have bananas going a bit brown,then I peel and chop them,then lay them on a baking tray and open freeze them,once frozen I transfer them to freezer bags,they don't stick together and you can take out just what you want. I use them to make smoothies,or blend them in a processor for instant banana ice cream. I also do this for blueberries and strawberries.
