Actually neither are strictly true as your calorific intake needs depend entirely on your daily activity level, current weight, muscle mass, body fat % and age.

that is not true, men should be having 2,500 and women 2,000 not sure where you got that info


Can think of a better use of 75 calories than a piece of dry toast.


The 2000 a day guideline is for men.... women are on average around 1500 a day
