Cant seem to be able to view the recipes

@Ved, at the end of the recipe, it does mention that the Nutritional information is per portion. So yes to 170 per serve. Hope your doing well on the diet.

The recipe in question serves 4-5 people, so is 1/4 or 1/5 170 calories?

Am looking forward to starting this & if nothing else it is bound to make one feel better ! For me being a vegetarian I think will be a helpful bonus during the next few months !
