We love barbecue chicken in our house and my daughter is very much into her flavours so I like to add to all my recipes. A favourite store cupboard spice in this house is Dunn River All Purpose Seasoning. Use a teaspoon or 2 to add a kick and warmth to the meat. Sometimes I can overdo it if the quantity is less (whoopsie) but all is not lost, with 'mama's minty dip' at hand to soothe any tingling mouths. Fresh mint leaves ( from the garden of course), finely chopped cucumber and Greek yoghurt. Yummy! Best go buy some chicken!
