Ingredients
- 250g mini chorizo
- 250g cocktail sausages
- 1 red, 1 yellow and 1 orange pepper (cut into strips)
- 4tbsp sweet chilli sauce

Method
- Thread 250g mini chorizo, 250g cocktail sausages and chunks of 1 red, 1 yellow and 1 orange pepper onto 6 wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 mins). Cook on BBQ for 10-15 mins, turning often. Drizzle with 4tbsp sweet chilli sauce.
