Bright green pistachio nuts add a fantastic flavour and texture to this boozy butter. A guaranteed hit at Christmas dinner

Ingredients

  • 75g (3oz) softened butter
  • 75g (3oz) icing sugar
  • 25g (1oz) chopped pistachio nuts
  • 2tbsp dark rum

Method

  • Cream together the butter and icing sugar until fluffy.

  • Stir in the pistachio nuts and dark rum.

  • Refrigerate until you’re ready to use.
