Ingredients
- 75g (3oz) softened butter
- 75g (3oz) icing sugar
- 25g (1oz) chopped pistachio nuts
- 2tbsp dark rum

Method
- Cream together the butter and icing sugar until fluffy.
- Stir in the pistachio nuts and dark rum.
- Refrigerate until you're ready to use.
