- 150ml Amontillado sherry
- 100ml St Germain elderflower liqueur
- Angostura bitters
- twisted lemon zest, to serve
For this winter or Christmas cocktail recipe pour 150ml Amontillado sherry in a jug with 100ml St Germain elderflower liqueur and a few dashes of Angostura bitters. Mix well and leave in the fridge until well chilled.
To serve, pour into short-stemmed glasses and garnish each with twisted lemon zest.
