This raw peanut butter cookie dough recipe contains just 3 ingredients and processed sugar isn’t one of them! A much healthier and low-sugar snack option for kids or adults, this raw dough is made from peanut butter, nuts and raisins, which provide natural sweetness. You can use no-added sugar peanut butter, or an alternative nut butter, for the lowest sugar option and plenty of protein. This no-bake recipe makes 10 cookies and takes around 10 mins to make them. This raw peanut butter cookie dough will keep in the fridge for up to a week, making the perfect packed lunch or after school snacks for little ones that you can keep dipping into.

Ingredients

  • 140g no added sugar peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 90g raisins
  • 2tbsp nuts, such as peanuts or mixed chopped nuts

Method

  • Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until well combined. The mixture come together to form a ball.

  • Carefully tip the mixture into a small bowl and use your hands to divide it into 10 portions. Roll each piece of dough between your hands to form a ball. Place the balls of dough onto a plate or piece of baking paper. If you wish, you can use the back of a fork to press down into the dough to create a simple pattern.
