I'm sorry, but frankly I find this position ludicrous. If I am lying with my partner like this and I am aroused, I will be pointing more than 90 degrees in the wrong direction! And if I were to start intercourse and lie back, I would be paying a visit to the hospital shortly after. Do you know any men who get a hard on that points directly downwards? Didn't think so...
