7. Are you on medication?
Problem:
Some contraception can lower your sex drive, especially certain Pills, making you go off sex, which is certainly a way to prevent getting pregnant!
Other tablets like high blood pressure pills, anti-depressants and tranquilisers can also lower your libido and even some common medications can affect your level of sexual desire.
Solution:
If you're at all worried have a chat with your doctor. They will be able to narrow down what it might be and even offer you some alternatives. Don't stop taking the medication until you've spoken to them though.
