The best way to get the effects

For a bit of afternoon delight throw some avocado in a lunchtime salad and get you and your man going - check out our avocado recipes for ideas.

Chilli

Why is it an aphrodisiac?

When you eat chillies your heart rate increases and you start to sweat - much like the way your body reacts during sex. Red chillis are the hottest and contain a substance that also gives you a brief natural high.

You can sprinkle chilli powder on most things but for a real kick use fresh chillies when you're cooking - we've got lots of spicy recipes for you to try.
