Every where you look these days, you will see and hear the same bad teenager attitude towards you. They don't know how to respect anyone and they laugh at our senior members and in some cases they even insult them, attack them or take their possessions and leave them on the street with injuries. Parents and the police are finding it difficult to control them as they steal, smoke, drink and abuse themselves as well as other members of the public. In schools the teachers are scared of controlling teenagers, and I don't blame them. They only have a limited amount of authority that they can use to control the teenagers at school. Even the police are having difficulties towards solving this issue. There are lots of thing that you can do as parent to raise your children correctly, making them responsible, respectable, dynamic young adults and good citizens for our country. You can download my book on www.lulu.com, it is called Deal with teen's Bad Behaviour by Pam Ojalae. 10% of all the profit will go to youth clubs in the Worcestershire area to keep our children away from crime and help them to chase their dreams. kind regards Pam Ojalae

Hello, I thought you might be interested in my hooping story. My daughter returned home to live with us following a spell away after university. Not only did she bring everything home, and almost the kitchen sink, but also her new love of hooping. Hula hooping has a big following in the States as a medium for expression, dance and fitness. The interest is gradually building here. Gems went to HoopGirl training last year and began offering classes here in Worcester and Malvern, she also does hoopdancing and firehooping as a stage artist at festivals and weddings basically any venue. The next hoopy thing has been her Ukhoopgathering a weekend event in July. Having been to a hoop event in the USA she wanted others to enjoy one here too. All this and a day job ! Where do I come in you may ask ? Well after much groaning and moaning about poor quality hoops my husband was railroaded into fixing and of course making new improved ones and now i run a hoop selling business, Rainbow Hoops, from home over the internet. I sell everything to do with hoops, clothes, DVDs, pretty bound hoops that I make and LED hoops too. For me it has been a boon, having unusual neurological problems that affect my balance from time to time, means I’m hardly employable but I’m far from useless. I fit my business around my condition. So all is not lost I’ve been saved by the hoop! Thanks for listening. I thought it might help others who are trapped at home A saviour comes in many guises mine was a hula hoop.

Help. Way way back in the mists of time, during the 1970s or maybe early 80s, "Woman" published a diet book. I THINK it was called " The Woman Book of Successful Slimming". It certainly was successful. I used it after my kids were born in the mid 70s and it was brilliant. Now I am in my 60s I want to use it again. I have gone through so many of the modern "eating plans" but nothing works for me like the " columns" diet in that book. PLEASE does anyone have a copy, or can WOMAN staff tell me how to get one. It was a small, blue coloured hardback.
