You and your kids spend the day with a friend and her kids and she suggests you stay there for dinner. Your fella is stuck at home alone without a car. What do you do?
A) Give him a ring to see if he minds you staying and then suggest what he can find in the freezer for dinner.
B) Send him a text telling him you'll all be back later and to sort his own tea out
C) Wait for him to call to find out where you are. Well, he needs to be kept on his toes, doesn't he?
D) Stay with your friend without telling him. He'll figure out what's happened soon enough.
