Bronchitis symptoms
goodtoknow says: There are two types of bronchitis; acute and chronic. Acute bronchitis is a very common viral infection, the main symptoms are a cough and fever. Chronic bronchitis (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) affects people over 40 and is usually caused by smoking. Symptoms of chronic bronchitis, including breathlessness and wheezing, are similar to asthma, but if you don't smoke you're very unlikely to get it.
