The Emergency Rescue Diet is a low-fat, low-calorie, high-protein diet. If you follow it correctly, you should lose a stone in a month.

The main idea behind it is that the food selected in the meal plans should keep you feeling fuller for longer and as a result stop you from snacking.

It also doesn't ban tea and coffee completely, unlike other diets that have the same weight loss results, so it's great if you drink a lot of these.
