The Zone Diet takes a bit of thinking about, we've got all the basics so you can see if it appeals, but it's based around balancing out 'blocks' of carbs, proteins and fats and getting the ratios right.

If you get it spot on you can expect to lose about 5lbs in 2 weeks, but the plan is also about getting healthy as well as getting slim.
