Bikini diet: Days 6 and 7

Try these meals for days 6 and 7 of Monica's six-week 'lose 7lb in 7 days' bikini diet.

Day 6: Breakfast
- 30g oats made with water as porridge, a dash of skimmed milk
- Portion of spring fruit salad

Lunch
- 400ml spinach soup
- Carrot and celery sticks with 1tbsp cottage cheese as dip

Mid-afternoon
- 250ml glass of skimmed milk OR a large latte coffee
- 3 Brazil nuts

Dinner
- 200ml spinach soup
- Baked cod in skimmed milk with prawns, mashed carrot and swede, and portion of steamed spinach
- OR chicken stir-fry with vegetables
- Small dish of prunes with 1tbsp plain yogurt

Day 7: Breakfast
- 30g oats made with water as porridge, a dash of skimmed milk
- Portion of spring fruit salad

Lunch
- 400ml spinach soup
- 3 small cubes of cheese
- 1 apple

Mid-afternoon
- 250ml glass of skimmed milk OR a large latte coffee
- 3 Brazil nuts

Dinner
- 200ml spinach soup
- Calcium-rich spring omelette made with 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites, filled with cottage cheese or spinach plus 2tbsp sweetcorn
- OR bun-less skinny burger - mix together 170g fillet steak, finely minced or chopped, and 1tbsp fine breadcrumbs and form into burgers. Shallow fry or grill with a spray of oil. Serve with spicy tomato relish, sweetcorn and a colourful mixed salad
- Portion of spring fruit salad
