Easy Caesar salad
Lunches
- Philadelphia Light Splendips Poppadoms & Mango Chutney + Pot of Del Monte Fruit Express + Banana = 295 calories

- Individual Philadelphia Light Mini + a handful of carrot batons and stick celery + Pot of Ambrosia Layers + Pear = 285 calories

- 1 pot Dairylea Dunkers with Light Philadelphia + Go Ahead! cereal bar + 250ml bottle apple juice = 392 calories

- Innocent smoothie, strawberries & bananas + 30g peanuts and raisins + pot Ambrosia low fat rice pudding + apple= 464 calories

- Prawn salad (to serve one) + pot of Del Monte Fruit Express + pear = 415 calories

- Chicken caesar salad for one + 250ml carton pure orange juice + 1 slice Go Ahead! Yoghurt Breaks = 581 calories

Dinners
- Supermarket's own brand chicken curry for one + mixed salad (from a bag of ready-washed salad - any amount), with 1tbsp oil and vinegar dressing if you like + dessert bowl of raspberries and blueberries, with a pot of Activia fruit yogurt + 150ml glass of wine (this can be left out or a smaller glass taken = 110 cals. If omitting, you save 140 calories) = 537 calories

- Spinach and ricotta cannelloni meal for one + mixed green salad, any amount, and 6 cherry tomatoes + pot Ambrosia Layers + 150ml wine = 603 calories

- Birds Eye Healthy Options chicken dinner + mixed salad
(as before) + 150ml wine = 530 calories

- Weight Watchers macaroni cheese + mixed salad (as
before) and 6 cherry tomatoes + Hartley's raspberries in jelly + 150ml wine = 613 calories

- Chicken and pasta bake meal for one + mixed salad (as before) + apple + 150ml glass wine = 555 calories

Snacks
You're allowed two a day, but be careful to stick to your 1,200 daily calorie count!
