Breakfast
- 30g Special K, no sugar, with skimmed milk to taste
Lunch
- Small pot of cottage cheese served with mixed vegetable sticks, e.g., celery, pepper and carrot
- An apple
Dinner
- Cheese omelette made with 2 eggs and 30g cheese
- Colourful mixed salad
- Strawberries with yogurt

- As Day 1 or Day 3
Lunch
- 30g cheese and two Ryvita crispbreads
- Fruit yogurt
Dinner
- Steamed salmon or tuna with steamed vegetables
- Cheese stick with celery and a few grapes
