Baked bananas
Choose one of these:
- Small pot low-fat rice pudding
- 1 baked banana with 2tbsp low-fat custard
- 2tbsp stewed fruit with 3tbsp low-fat plain yogurt

To drink:
- Water between, not with, meals
- Tea between meals only (it inhibits iron absorption, which makes you tired)
- Caffeinated coffee, max. 5 cups a day
- Flavoured water
- Chamomile or fruit tea
