  • Any time snack -125-150g low-fat yogurt

Lunch

  • Cottage cheese with celery, cucumber and carrot batons

Dinner

  • Mixed vegetable stir-fry

Supper

  • Poached stuffed peach with creme fraiche or natural yogurt

 

Day 3

  • Tuna or bacon and walnut salad

Dinner

  • Grilled salmon fillet with fresh herbs, creme fraiche, broccoli, spinach and carrots

Supper

  • High-fibre fruit salad (4 prunes, 4 figs, half sliced banana) with 1tbsp low-fat yogurt
