Day 4

Breakfast

  • As Day 1
  • Any time snack - 125-150g low-fat yogurt

Lunch

  • ½ avocado and 2tbsp prawns on salad with vinaigrette dressing

Dinner

  • Grilled fillet steak with grilled tomatoes, mushrooms and a side salad

Supper

  • Stewed blackberry and apple and 1tbsp creme fraiche or yogurt

 

Day 5

Breakfast

  • As Day 1
  • Any time snack - 125-150g low-fat yogurt

Lunch

  • 30g cheese and fruit

Dinner

  • Cod or haddock fillet, baked in tinned tomatoes and mushrooms. Any 3 fresh vegetables - steamed or boiled

Supper

  • Mixed exotic fruit salad with mango, pineapple, grapes and kiwi with 2tbsp natural yogurt
