Day 6

Breakfast

  • As Day 1
  • Any time snack -125-150g low-fat yogurt

Lunch

  • Omelette (made with 2 eggs and 4 whites) with salad and sweetcorn

Dinner

  • Grilled salmon, spinach, carrots with lemon juice

Supper

  • Mixed fruit salad with 1dsp crème fraiche

 

Day 7

Breakfast

  • As Day 1
  • Any time snack -125-150g low-fat yogurt

Lunch

  • 2 slices smoked salmon, 1tbsp crème fraiche with capers and salad

Dinner

  • Pork medallions with apple rings and fresh green vegetables

Supper

  • High-fibre fruit salad with 1tbsp creme fraiche or natural yogurt
