Christmas pre-tox diet plan - the rules

This is an easy eating plan, as we've got all the info for the meals and snacks you need to eat right here.

  • Stick to our meal planner choosing a combination of one breakfast, lunch, dinner and a mid -morning and mid-afternoon snack.
  • Drink at least two litres of water a day.
  • Strictly no caffeine or alcohol (replace tea and coffee with herbal or fruit tea).
  • Do it for two consecutive weeks - you can choose when depending on when your Christmas party is. 
  • The main aim of this eating plan is not to lose weight, but to eat lots of healthy stuff. If you find you're hungry, have seconds!
