There are a few simple rules to follow too.
- Stick to our meal planner choosing a combination of one breakfast, lunch, dinner and a mid -morning and mid-afternoon snack.
- Drink at least two litres of water a day.
- Strictly no caffeine or alcohol (replace tea and coffee with herbal or fruit tea).
- Do it for two consecutive weeks - you can choose when depending on when your Christmas party is.
- The main aim of this eating plan is not to lose weight, but to eat lots of healthy stuff. If you find you're hungry, have seconds!
