Once you've pin-pointed the emotional reasons you turn to food, the next stage is to try and normalise your eating habits.
The CD helps you do the following four things, and also helps you re-introduce exercise into your life.
1. You will want to eat when your body needs to eat.
2. You will desire foods that your body needs and wants at that time.
3. You will want to stop when your body has had enough: you'll feel full, and eating won't be appealing any more.
4. Food will simply be food - a delicious source of sustenance. It will not be a punishment or a reward, or a guilty pleasure or a destructive act. It's just food.
