Food combining- the basics
Food is divided into four categories - proteins, flexible (goes with anything), starches and fruit. All you need to do is choose your meals like this:
- Groups 1 and 2 together
- Groups 2 and 3 together
- Never mix groups 1 and 3
- Your evening meal should be from groups 2 and 3
- Eat group 4 on its own
All dried fruit
All fresh fruit (bar those in group 3)
